Returns and Exchanges Guidelines


A Return Merchandise Authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. Packages with no RMA will be refused.


Unopened products may be returned or exchanged for no reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund with no restocking fee. The item must be returned unopened in a sellable condition. Opened products or products with damaged packaging will not be accepted and a refund or exchange will not be approved. Products from purchases older than 30 require management approval and products older than 90 days will not be accepted. The customer is liable for all shipping and insurance costs for general returns and exchanges.


Products which were mis-shipped or shown to be defective in manufacture or packaging will be replaced within 30 days of the purchase. Please call toll free 877-437-6334 notifying us of the mis-shipped or damaged product and we will issue a prepaid UPS return label which can be placed directly on the returned shipment and given to any UPS driver or shipping center.
